We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. We are an established business located in Duluth with an excellent reputation for quality workmanship, outstanding customer service, and competitive pricing.

We cultivate a friendly work atmosphere that allows you to do your very best work each day. Our crew works outdoors and indoors all year round in a variety of commercial and residential settings in the Twin Ports and surrounding areas, with the base of our work coming from our routine commercial accounts. Hours and daily start and end times will vary depending on the particular day’s scheduled work load, so flexibility is a must. However, a tentative schedule will be posted.

Position Requirements

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of the following:

• The ability to work steadily for 8-10 hours/day, including tasks such as walking, standing, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and climbing.
• The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 90 pounds.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• The ability to work indoors, sometimes in tight surroundings.
• The ability to work at heights of up to 40’ by ladder, and/or more by aerial lift.
• A clean and valid driving record and reliable transportation to our shop and/or work-site.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to be dependable, work independently and with integrity, and be on-time.

Compensation: Starting at $18/hour.
